Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update.
Missing / Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Sale items, digital products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

After approval, we will provide the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds

If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.
